Lindsey Potts

Lindsey is a Seattle, Washington native, and attended BYU, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, with a Business Management minor.  She subsequently moved to Fort Lauderdale, where she began her legal career at an insurance defense firm.  There she gained a firsthand perspective on how insurance companies handle their claims.  She later transitioned to a large personal injury law firm and discovered an enthusiasm for helping injured clients navigate the difficult insurance claim process.  In 2022, she joined the Babiarz Law Firm as the firm’s Case Manager.  She enjoys traveling, hiking, and live music.  She especially loves spending time with her husband and four beautiful children.
