Timothy S. Babiarz, Esq. is a graduate of Osceola Middle School and Forest High School in Ocala, Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree at Presbyterian College and attended law school in Atlanta at Georgia State University. He was licensed by the Georgia Bar in 1994 and the Florida Bar in 1995.
Tim’s lovely wife Ashley and his son Brooks are his world. Outside of the office, Tim enjoys spending as much time as possible with them.
After returning to Ocala in 1995, Tim was an associate with the Ocala law firm of Savage, Krim, Simons & Jones, LLC from 1995-2004, and eventually became a partner of Savage, Krim, Simons, Jones & Babiarz, LLP. In 2005, Tim ventured out to open his own practice, Babiarz Law Firm, P.A. in The Villages, FL. During his time with the Savage Krim Law Firm, Tim also served as an adjunct instructor at Central Florida Community College in the Legal Assisting and Paralegal Program.
For Recreation, Tim enjoys basketball and saltwater fishing. In 2000, he ran his first marathon in Chicago and completed the Prague marathon in 2001. Previously, Tim has volunteered in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program and has assisted the Brothers Keeper program. Tim has been affiliated with Blessed Trinity Catholic Church since his return to Ocala in 1995. He served as an usher from approximately 1999-2005 and began service on the Parish Council from 2004 to 2008. Babiarz Law Firm, PA actively sponsors many Catholic Churches in Ocala and The Villages area through their church bulletins.
