The Villages and Lady Lake Area
As a baby lawyer just out of law school in 1994, I had no idea that a retirement community could change my life. However, slowly but surely with case after case, The Villages (America’s Premier Retirement Community for Active Retirees) and other retirement communities in and around Lady Lake (Water Oak), Summerfield (Spruce Creek and Stone Crest), Ocala (On Top of the World, SummerGlen; and Citrus Hills), and Leesburg (Plantation, Arlington Ridge; and Hawthorne), among many others; helped develop my niche in the practice areas of personal injury law for the over fifty (50) active retiree crowd.
Today our practice has evolved with the growth of these retirement communities in and around Central Florida. In the process, we developed a passion for the protection of these residents. One of those passions is for golf cart safety. Along the way, we created a website dedicated to protecting residents of The Villages and other retirement communities called golfcartsafety.com. In addition, we have given numerous speeches on golf cart safety and insuring your golf cart to residents in and around The Villages.
